Foodie Guide: The Best Restaurants In Dallas

If you didn’t know, the Dallas Metroplex is filled with fantastic restaurants and more are popping up everyday. With such a diverse demographics, whether you’re looking for Thai or Mexican or just a Brunch spot, there are so many options to choose from! The following restaurants are some of our favorites, but overall

BEST BURGER-
Rodeo Goat

Dallas & Fort Worth
If you’re looking for a burger that defies the ordinary, then Rodeo Goat is the place for you. Every burger here is filled with so many bold and, at times, unexpected flavors- anything you pick will be a fantastic choice. Ps- don’t pass up their cheese fries, they are delicious!

BEST SPECIAL OCCASION RESTAURANTThe French Room
Dallas, TX
The French Room is the only AAA rated restaurant in Texas (as of 2016!) and it has maintained its rating for years. This is the perfect restaurant for a special occasion and from the moment you step through the doors, you are cared for like royalty. From the changing of your silverware, to the beautiful plating details, to every last flavor combination. We highly recommend this for your next special event!

BEST BRUNCH- Ida Claire
Addison, TX
In Dallas, we brunch. Seriously. We take our Saturday and Sunday brunch very seriously here and if you’re looking for the perfect place to brunch at, Ida recommend Ida Claire! This restaurant is not only charming with it’s hanging bird cages decor and beautiful China plates, but it’s also a great spot for some southern comfort food. Whether you get chicken and waffles (do it!) or some Eggs Benedict , this menu won’t disappoint!

BEST THAI- Thai’s Thumbz
There are numerous Thai places in the DFW area and this place stole our taste buds from the first meal we ate. Whether you like noodles, curry, or rice, you can’t go wrong here. Plus the fact they are b.y.o.b. is pretty sweet!

BEST JAPANESE- Ramen Hakata
Richardson, TX
When most people think of ramen, we imagine a cup of microwaveable noodles, at least that’s definitely what I thought. But don’t get it wrong, though the noodle looks the same, this ramen restaurant is far from the cheap stuff at the grocery store. The flavor from the broth mixed with the meats and vegetables mix in a creative and beautiful ballet of flavors in your mouth. Definitely give this place a try and your view on ramen will be forever changed.

BEST GREEK- Ziziki’s
Plano, TX
So we’ve never been to Greece, nor are we Greek, but Ziziki’s is literally the best Greek restaurant we’ve been to in DFW. Their ‘Ziziki’ sauce is so good, you will order multiple sides of it so you can dip every last crispy potato into it, and your meat too! This place may be located in the burbs, but it sure gives you some Greek Vibes as soon as your step in. Ps- their cheesy pita bread is an appetizer MUST!

BEST BBQ & MEXICAN-
Texas has 2 state foods- BBQ & Mexican food. Since we love both types of cuisine (especially Mexican), we decided to give you a list of some places to try, since we can’t just pick one! Every single one of these places offers great service, food and ambiance- we hope you enjoy!
